What we collect

Only what you type into the quote-request form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the details you choose to share about your basement problem. We also collect basic, anonymous website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to understand which guides are useful.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to pass your quote request to one local waterproofing company so they can contact you about a free estimate. That is the service you asked for when you submitted the form. Analytics are used only to improve this site.

Who sees your information

• One partner waterproofing company serving the Pittsburgh area — the company your request is matched to.
• Service providers that operate this website (hosting, form processing, analytics), who may process data on our behalf.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to mailing lists, data brokers, telemarketers, or other contractors.

What we will never do

• Sell your information to a list or auction it to multiple companies
• Share it with additional companies beyond the one partner you were matched with, without asking you first
• Send you marketing emails for unrelated products

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information of yours we hold, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a quote request before it is passed along. If a request has already been shared with the partner company, we will tell you which company and when, and you can contact them directly to be removed from their system.
